Partner

Dan is a licensed engineer and has been in local and state government business development for over 25 years. Dan’s past experience includes business ownership, private equity, and executive leadership. Dan attended undergraduate at Bucknell and LSU for his masters degree.

David Brumbaugh

Partner

David has over 30 years of experience developing and investing in a variety of businesses in the medical arena. David is a graduate of Bucknell University and lives in Wayne, PA.

Mark Bartosh

Mark has over 30 years in the medical arena ranging from CEO of Morris Innovation to starting Perk Scientific in 1990. Mark graduated Penn State University with a finance and economics degree.
